Globe iPhone 3G pricing reduced before launch

It's usually not a good sign when you a company drops pricing, even before the product is out in the market. Remember the PS3 pricing debacle of last year?

Apparently, due to 'popular demand,' Globe is reducing (dropping is such an extreme exaggeration) prices for the Apple iPhone 3G by around P1,500 for the cash-out portion across all plans, including prepaid.

Just wondering... is the demand not popular enough to merit a bigger price reduction?

  • Personally I think that the price of the iPhone is still too high. I was contemplating on changing from a prepaid to postpaid phone but when i saw what i needed to shelf out for the unit it made me think twice

  • well... who would buy this stuff if you even can't have both ends meet?

pwede rin naman ang high memory cellphone pero affordable... :D
