Previously featured artist Feist had her song 1234 featured in an iPod commercial. It has since sold tons of copies online. This year's iPod nano commercial features another catchy new tune that may achieve the same success:
Kevin Rose was spot on with the tall iPod Nano judging from this leaked photo:
Also rumored to come is iTunes 8 with Genius--a Pandora like service that suggests songs based on what you've been listening to. I'd love to try this out since Pandora has been receiving raves but I can't try it our from outside the United States.
And then there's iPhone OS 2.1. I hope our prayers are answered! I'm crossing my fingers for SMS forwarding, templates and copy & paste.
A 15-year old named Hansup Yoon created ZuneBoards.com months before Microsoft launched its competitor to the iPod in 2006. "It was the most perfect time to start a web site about Zune, and I was one of the first few to create a Zune-related site," he said.
Yoon built the site with
MyBBoard and later shifted to VBulletin in Joomla. In just two years, ZuneBoards grew to 60,000 users and 270,000 posts, all about Zune, earning $1,000 a month in adsense and TribalFusion.
Yoon sold ZuneBoards at Sitepoint.com for $62,000 to CrowdGather, a company who already had 70 message boards mainly used for internet advertising. [
